A platform for managing currency and cryptocurrency exchange requests in Panama.

I developed a custom plugin with quotes, request registration and an administration panel. Customers can view the amount, fee and status of their transaction.

The workflow includes staff assignment, stage notifications, local and international payment methods and identity verification. Documents are stored with restricted access.

The work connects the customer experience with the tools the team needs to review and manage each request.

A custom plugin built on WordPress, PHP and MySQL

WordPress serves as the foundation for a management application, not just informational pages. PHP implements plugin workflows and MySQL stores request information. JavaScript supports customer interaction with quotations and operation tracking.

What this development contributes

The administration dashboard connects statuses, assigned staff and notifications with each request. Identity verification includes documents with restricted access. The case illustrates operational software development; the technology described is not itself a security certification, financial license or transaction guarantee.
